Chicken and Vegetable soup

This past Sunday, my roomates and I had a chicken family dinner. Today, I made soup with the bones.
We stuffed the chicken with fresh thyme and two garlic cloves, smothered the chicken in butter, sea salt and pepper, and then cooked in white wine.

       WHAT YOU NEED:

Chicken bones
Garlic
Fresh Thyme
Carrots
Turnip
Cabbage
Rice noodles
Spices
Vegetable broth cubes

In a large pot, boil chicken bones, garlic cloves and fresh thyme  for about 2 hours. (This will really capture the flavor of the chicken)

Drain broth into a new pot, add vegetable broth cubes cubes (two or three) some spices (whatever you like, I added parsely, basil, and thyme) Add a friendly amount of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
Add chopped vegetables into pot and boil until soft. This usually takes about 20  minutes.
Last, add your rice noodles, (these only take one minute to cook once water is boiling)

Pour some into a bowl and enjoy your meal!
TIP - This is a really tastey soup to eat with grilled avacado and mozzerella cheese sandwhiches.
